- 1 lb chicken breast – cooked via George Foreman Grill (GFG)
- 1 head of Romain Lettuce – chopped
- 12 mushrooms – chopped
- 1 table spoon lite blue cheese dressing – tossed in salad
- 1 med. Granny Smith apple – chopped
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 medium orange
- 8 cups filtered water
