  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 large scallops
  • head of romain lettuce
  • 1 tbls low fat blue cheese dressing
  • 1 med red apple
  • too much water – i gotta pee

  • 1 lb chicken breast – cooked via George Foreman Grill (GFG)
  • 1 head of Romain Lettuce – chopped
  • 12 mushrooms – chopped
  • 1 table spoon lite blue cheese dressing – tossed in salad
  • 1 med. Granny Smith apple – chopped
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 medium orange
  • 8 cups filtered water
