As most of you know, we are in search of a roommate. We have several leads, but perhaps our best bet is Mia. Why, she brings her own benefits, here is the email she sent me:

“Hello, my name is Mia. I am 24, female, clean, considerate, responsible, and always pay my bills on time. I don�t mind housework or yard work. I have a BA in Fashion Design/Marketing, but I have recently gone back to school for Massage Therapy. I also hold a steady job at Urban Outfitters in Santa Monica.”

In the meantime, we have to move Toby into Matt’s room, paint Matt’s room, clean Toby’s room and set-up interviews. I am ready to help you both to get these things done.
