I just spoke with Michael Steele, Program Director for KDL. Here is the FINAL word. KDL is owned by Entravision, programmed by Entravision, and the signal and studios will be here, with me, in the Entravision studios. So where does Clear Channel fit in? Clear Channel (out of the Burbank office) paid Entravision for the rights to all the advertising. So the music is Entravision, the commercials are Clear Channel. Clear Channel ha no say over the programming.
