I need to start writing stuff down. I started carrying around a weekly planner and I can put notes in and stuff like that, but I can never find a pen when I need one. I know I have a voice memo option on my cell phone, but I never remember to use it at the time I want to remember something. I tell myself that I will remember and then I forget.
Example: last night, Caroline and I went to the Lakers/Knicks game (thanks to Kelly and Brian for the tickets). It was a great game and we had a great time. As we were driving home, I heard a song on the radio and thought, “I will have to iTunes that song when I get to work tomorrow.” Well, know I don�t remember what song it was. So had I written it down, recorded it on my phone or something else, I could be buying it right now and listening to it at work. Instead, I’m writing in a blog.
Yep. I started setting the alarm on my phone with a one or two word message. That way I can “remember” at a specific time of day when the information will actually be usefull to me.
Or you could try using the voice memo function on your phone…
That’s what happens when you get to 30, your memory fades. Guess what else goes next?
