No Deal Howie

Tomorrow I will have an audition for TV’s hot new game show, Deal or No Deal. I have the application and an appointment for Sat at 11a. Now, this is just an audition, but I think I can make it (believe to receive) so I have been researching the “playing strategies” for this type of show.

You can find anything on the internet. Check out this guide to Deal or No Deal.

Also, I’m mounting a posse to take with me to the show (after I pass the audition of course), here’s the posse and why I would bring them.

  • Caroline – she hates gambling and hopefully when we get to higher amounts of money, she will tell me to cut loose and take the cash – TV loves that
  • Toby – talk about opposites, he loves gambling and if it came down to $.01 vs 1 million, Toby would say “wy not, I’ll keep my case”. The juxtaposition would be grand.
  • Jon – he is the perfect person to take on a show like this because he will know all the best playing strategies and would make a great consultant. When it starts to get hairy, Jon would give me the best possible, and most profitable route.

If I make the show, I would need additional people to come on the show with me. Would you like to come? Tell me why you would be a benefit. How can you help? I’ll let you know if I make it.

  1. Since I’ve only watched the show one time, I can’t really say that I’d be a good consultant. Brian, on the other hand, seems to have a pretty firm grasp on that show’s strategy (what there is to it), so I’d suggest him.

Although, if you did get accepted, and you wanted my help, I would certainly do a crash course of internet study and watch all the replayed episodes you guys have to do my best.

  2. Wait a minute who would be more perfect than ME the gal who tried out with you the first time. I am sure it was only because they were more than a year out fromairplay that they didn’t pick dynamic duo of you and me. Anyway, I a really good cheerleader. Rememebr my big mouth at the softball games. I would make sure you go home with a good amount a money and I would keep those other characters in line. SHOW ME THE MONEY! Pick me and you won’t be sorry.
