This past weekend was Kelly’s Halloween party. It was a great time. The food was great, the company, and the “drama”, it was like an off the wall WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS. I will post photos at my photo site later today.

Some of you know that Brian, Jon, and I are playing softball for Lucky Louie in the Primetime Softball League, well last weekend we won our first game. We beat up on Arrested Development. They produce a great show, but it doesn’t translate on the softball field. Considering that Lucky Louie was the LAST PLACE team and Arrested was the SECOND-to-LAST place team, I predict that Lucky Louie will win an Emmy for Best Comedy during it’s first season and will be critically acclaimed. Also, we play on Sunday net week (not Saturday) at noon.

And finally, a big THANK YOU to the asshole at Kabuki who insisted that the entire restaurant watch Lakers PRE-SEASON basketball (Lakers vs. Memphis thank you very much) instead of Game 2 of the World Series. Yes, the game with a come from behind home run to tie it in the top of the ninth only to be followed by a game winning home run in the bottom of the ninth. Yeah, that made sense.

We talked about it yesterday, but there is some ADULT video content for the new video capable iPod. CNET has the scoop.

So I work with a guy named OJ. OJ is a creative tech type. He also has creative tech-type friends. Anyway, they have an Onion-type web site called THE INS (The Insensitive News Syndicate). And I just started writing for them. So head over to www.theins.org and do some reading. I hope you enjoy.

In other news, Jung got his iPod in. As you know, it plays video. Jung is looking for free video content. Hummm, perhaps we could start our own production to create free video content that is add supported and RSS distrusted. Perhaps we should all meet this weekend.

TNT runs a lot of X-FILES episodes on the weekends (Sun-Mon, midnight -5am, set your replay). Anyway, I’ve been filling time before work to watch one or to shows. And I know that a lot of you watched and enjoyed the show until it went all nutty (cast change, no answers, etc.).

So here is my question to you: What is your favorite episode of the X-FILES? It was a great series and there are a lot of good episodes.
